📍 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India to most pin codes via our trusted logistics partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.).

If you’re outside India, please contact us at info.abacuslearners@gmail.com for international shipping queries.

📅 Shipping Timeline

Delays may occur during holidays, natural calamities, or in remote areas.

📝 Order Confirmation & Tracking

• After successful enrollment and payment, you will receive:

  • 📧 Order Confirmation Email

  • 📦 Shipping Confirmation with Tracking ID (via Email/WhatsApp)

You can track your package using the link shared or contact our support team for updates.

❗ Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Items

• If your kit arrives damaged, is incomplete, or has not arrived within 12 working days:

  • Please contact us at info.abacuslearners@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product & packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement if applicable

🔁 Returns & Re-Delivery

• We currently do not accept returns unless:

  • The kit is damaged in transit

  • There is a shipping error from our side

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability, the customer may be charged a re-delivery fee.
